Key Responsibilities:
• Advocate for technology adoption with front-line clinicians
• Lead change management strategies for AI tool integration

• Monitor impacts on patient care and workflow efficiency
• Ensure adherence to provincial healthcare standards
Requirements:
• Degree in healthcare-related field
• 5+ years of organizational change leadership
• Experience with Epic Clinical Information System
• Knowledge of healthcare governance structures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
