Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement tailored support plans
• Foster individual aspirations through community involvement
• Maintain respectful relationships within the community
• Monitor and reduce risks during participation
• Ensure access to community resources
Requirements:
• Fluent in Cantonese and/or Mandarin languages
• Post-secondary qualification in Human Services
• Experience with disabilities such as Autism or ADHD
• Maintain a calm demeanor with a supportive attitude
• Certification in Standard First Aid/CPR Level C
