In this full-time permanent position, you will provide essential support to individuals with various complex needs. Supporting their emotional and physical well-being is critical, as you might assist with household chores, personal care, and community involvement. You will foster dignity and inclusion for each person while working alongside a committed team of 20.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide mental health and social support

• Assist with personal care and daily routines

• Support attendance at medical appointments

• Utilize Nonviolent Crisis Intervention as needed

• Assist communication using sign language and software

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and responsible driving ability

• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability

• Commitment to providing person-centered support

• Willingness to engage in swimming activities

• Experience with diverse client populations preferred
