In this role, Health Care Aides will deliver exceptional care within Northeast Calgary communities. Your duties will involve personalized support that creates meaningful moments, effective collaboration with the healthcare team, and accurate documentation of the care provided. Safety adherence is essential to ensure a secure environment for clients and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer exceptional, client-centered care daily
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team
• Document care provided accurately and timely
• Create meaningful experiences for clients
• Follow health and safety protocols diligently
Requirements:
• Health Care Aide diploma or equivalent evidence
• Strong communication skills in English
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle
• Active status confirmation with CLHA
• Negative TB test proof required
