Our client is looking for a skilled leader to direct Medical Affairs efforts across its Rare Disease portfolio. You will drive the execution of medical strategy while guiding a team of Medical Science Liaisons and Medical Managers. This role entails developing robust external engagement strategies and ensuring successful product lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Medical Affairs team, focusing on Rare Disease initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product launches
• Build strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals and advocacy groups
• Plan and execute medical education and advisory board activities
• Oversee evidence generation and clinical collaborations
Requirements:
• Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) with relevant experience
• 5+ years in Medical Affairs or related functions
• Proven leadership in managing Medical Affairs professionals
• Strong clinical development knowledge
• Excellent relationship-building skills with stakeholders
Lead impactful change in the Rare Diseases space, ensuring patients have access to innovative therapies.
