Closing the Gap Healthcare is expanding and invites Pediatric Occupational Therapists to join our dedicated team. This role includes flexible scheduling with opportunities in full-time and part-time positions, ideal for those passionate about home care. You will engage in innovative therapy practices, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to tailor care plans that address clients’ unique challenges including diverse adult and occasional pediatric cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and implement therapy strategies in client homes

• Tailor health promotion and safety programs for individuals

• Work with healthcare teams to establish holistic service plans

• Leverage hybrid care delivery for optimal client comfort

• Utilize critical thinking to navigate complex therapy needs

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Good standing registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
