GSK is seeking a skilled Medical Science Liaison to cover the Canada West territory in Oncology. This hybrid role focuses on fostering relationships with oncology clinicians and advancing clinical research initiatives.
As part of the Oncology Medical Affairs Team, you will further GSK’s mission by sharing scientific insights and building lasting connections in the oncology community. Your expertise will enhance evidence generation and inform local pipeline strategies in oncology. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of the Canadian healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish relationships with oncology specialists and healthcare providers
• Serve as the field-based scientific resource
• Report clinical insights to guide medical strategies
• Identify clinical trial sites and investigators
• Represent GSK at key scientific gatherings
Requirements:
• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, or PharmD)
• 2+ years in medical science liaison roles
• Proficiency in conveying complex scientific information
• Familiarity with Canadian healthcare pathways
• Valid driver's license for required travel
