In this role, your evidence-informed approach will support clients in achieving their functional abilities concerning various aspects of life. Collaborate within interprofessional teams to implement effective care strategies, conduct assessments, and engage clients and families in the rehabilitation process. Your expertise will contribute to hands-on treatment, goal setting, and quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments and treatment plans tailored for clients

• Collaborate with stakeholders for optimal client support

• Engage in interprofessional quality improvement efforts

• Educate clients and families in self-management

• Mentor and supervise Therapy Assistants and Aides

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy

• Registered with Alberta College of Occupational Therapists

• Mentorship experience is an asset

• AADL authorizer preferred

• Driver's license and vehicle required
