Position: Kinesiologist with Mosaic Primary Care Network

As a Kinesiologist, you will play a crucial role in both clinic and recreation settings, enhancing patient health through targeted lifestyle changes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess and educate individuals and groups on physical activity. Your contributions will help manage chronic diseases and improve overall health outcomes in our Calgary communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess exercise habits through screening and data collection

• Educate patients on physical activity principles and motivation

• Develop individualized treatment plans and evaluations

• Facilitate group exercise classes for diverse populations

• Document patient care accurately in the EMR system

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology or related field

• Certified Exercise Physiologist designation required

• Experience with chronic disease patients and group facilitation

• Flexible schedule for evenings and weekends

• Strong communication skills necessary
