This permanent position involves ensuring patient safety during non-emergency transports and collaborating with multiple agencies.
Your role will focus on detailed documentation, training adherence, and maintaining readiness for service in a professional manner. Engage in public education efforts while fostering patient relationships and safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Document all patient care in ePCRs
• Operate MHS - West vehicles safely and efficiently
• Maintain and stock vehicles for readiness
• Work in hazardous environments for patient safety
• Participate in quality assurance and community programs
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Alberta Operators License (class 1, 2, or
4)
• Current registration with the Alberta College of Paramedics
• Certified in CPR and FARE
• Effective physical capacity for emergency duties
