As part of the Lead Generation Biology team, you will leverage your expertise in biologics therapeutic and platform discovery. Key responsibilities include performing immunoassays, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering timely results to support decision-making. Your keen analytical skills will enhance the understanding of potency and mechanism of action in drug discovery efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute platform immunoassays for biologics drug evaluation

• Perform QC and troubleshooting for data reliability

• Document results and present data clearly to teams

• Adapt and deliver established assays efficiently

• Collaborate effectively across multiple projects

Requirements:

• BS/BA degree in a scientific field with 2+ years’ experience

• Proficiency in MSD, ELISA, and immunoassays

• Strong capabilities in mammalian cell culture techniques

• Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills

• Outstanding communication skills for effective teamwork
