Manager of Clinical Operations – Novo Nordisk

This role requires a strong clinical background (MD, PhD, or equivalent) with at least three years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector. You will partner with Clinical Operations to ensure successful trial execution, gather actionable insights, and engage key stakeholders to boost clinical performance. Establish a strong presence in therapy areas while providing strategic insights into product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner to drive scientific and medical support in trials

• Gather analysis to optimize trial execution and outcomes

• Build relationships with investigators and KOLs

• Provide early product and therapy area insights

• Deploy initiatives to educate Clinical Operations teams

Requirements:

• Degree in medicine or healthcare (MD, PhD, etc.)

• 3+ years in relevant clinical or medical roles

• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory standards

• Strong relationship-building abilities
