Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a dedicated therapy team

• Assist in compliance monitoring and daily audits

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments

• Manage diverse caseloads including Orthopedic and Neurological cases

• Ensure accurate documentation and timely evaluations

Requirements:

• Accredited Occupational Therapy graduate

• Active California Occupational Therapist license

• 2-3 years SNF or post-acute care experience

• Knowledge of Medicare PDPM guidelines

• Leadership or mentoring background preferred
