Pharmacist in Community Health Services

Position: Join Our Team as a Pharmacist in Community Health Services
Lead health improvement efforts as a dedicated Pharmacist. Oversee medication management, patient education, and community outreach to enhance the pharmacy experience and health awareness.

Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for accurate preparation and dispensing of medications while ensuring inventory levels meet patient needs. Utilize your communication skills to counsel patients and create connections through public health initiatives. Collaboration and a proactive attitude will be key to your success in this essential role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage accurate medication dispensation

• Maintain adequate stock of medications and supplements

• Provide patient counseling on new prescriptions

• Educate customers via community health events

• Resolve requests from patients and medical professionals

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required

• Must possess a Class A Pharmacists license

• Strong customer service and professionalism

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Experience with pharmacy systems, advantageous
