Position: EAP Provider for ComPsych Counseling
Become an EAP Network Provider with Com Psych, delivering solution-focused counseling to employees and their families. Enjoy the opportunity to provide in-person services while helping individuals navigate life challenges.

Com Psych is looking for highly skilled licensed behavioral health clinicians to support its Employee Assistance Program.

This role offers a platform to deliver short-term counseling services aligned with Com Psych's clinical standards. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience helping individuals with workplace stress, anxiety, and other behavioral health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver short-term EAP counseling primarily through in-person sessions

• Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations for clients

• Support clients facing workplace stress, anxiety, and more

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per regulatory standards

• Ensure continuity of care through coordination with Com Psych’s processes

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in behavioral health

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience post-masters

• Active professional accreditation and liability insurance

• Recent resume or CV submission required

• Comply with ethical guidelines and scope-of-practice
