Position: Full-Time Community Support Worker
Support individuals with disabilities as a Community Support Worker for New Age Services in NW Calgary. This full-time role focuses on personal care, community access, and implementing support plans.

New Age Services (NAS) Inc. is looking for a compassionate Community Support Worker to join their team at Hawkmount Group Home. You will work primarily with individuals facing complex needs, providing support with personal care, medication, and transportation to appointments.

Your role will empower residents to live meaningful lives through assistance and community inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and medication administration

• Prepare meals and maintain household support

• Facilitate community access and recreational activities

• Implement individualized support plans meticulously

• Promote independence and dignity for residents

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Services or related field

• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence and insured vehicle

• Emergency First Aid and CPR Level A certifications

• Intermediate computer skills for documentation

• Ability to support various medical and personal care needs
