Key Responsibilities:

• Assess residents' needs and deliver personalized care

• Monitor and report changes in residents' health

• Participate actively in the care planning process

• Adapt care approaches for residents with communication challenges

• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved Health Care Aide program

• Registration with the Alberta Health Care Aide Directory

• Preferred experience in geriatric or long-term care nursing

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Commitment to confidentiality and dignified care
