DescriptionWe are actively seeking a Medical Radiation Technologist I (MRT) who is registered with the Alberta College of Medical Diagnostic and Therapeutic Technologists to join our dynamic team. The MRT will provide high‑quality diagnostic imaging services, work all shifts and on‑call duties as assigned, and apply regional policies and procedures to deliver exemplary patient care. Responsibilities include performing X‑ray examinations, ECGs, Holter monitors, general and portable radiography, mobile and surgical suite examinations, and fluoroscopy when required.
The role offers a broad scope of practice ranging from basic to complex diagnostic imaging procedures within the department.

- Completion of a diploma from an accredited Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT) program.
- Active or eligible registration with the Alberta College of Medical Diagnostic and Therapeutic Technologists (ACMDTT).
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Healthcare Provider (BCLS‑HCP).

- Ability to work collaboratively with the site, including APL staff, Emergency Department, Units, and all DI stakeholders.
- Good organizational skills and ability to assume responsibility.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Perception, initiative, good judgment, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and in emergency situations.
- Practice effective radiation protection, infection control, and safety.
- Experience with Epic (Connect Care) access.
Minimum Salary: $38.74
Maximum Salary: $51.02
