Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and mentorship to department staff

• Maintain an active clinical caseload for client assessments

• Collaborate with diverse professionals in client care

• Support onboarding and development of new clinicians

• Implement evidence-based practices across the department

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Registration with ACSLPA and valid Driver’s License

• Minimum of three years of clinical experience preferred

• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
