Infinity Health is seeking a motivated and experienced Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team in Calgary, Alberta.

As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide evidence-based assessment and intervention services for children with speech, language, communication, and feeding challenges. You will collaborate closely with families and an interdisciplinary team to support each child s participation, development, and success across home, school, and community environments.

• Access, diagnose, and provide intervention for children with speech, language, communication, social communication, and feeding challenges.
• Develop individualized, strengths-based treatment plans that align with each child s goals, abilities, and family priorities.
• Collaborate closely with caregivers, educators, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support coordinated and meaningful care.
• Provide parent coaching, education, and strategies to support carryover across environments.
• Maintain clinical documentation, progress reports, and communication with referral sources.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive clinic culture and participate in interdisciplinary discussions as needed.

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Registration and in good standing with the Alberta College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists.
• Pediatric experience is preferred.
• Experience supporting neurodiversity children and families is considered an asset.
• Experience facilitating groups, workshops, or parent education programs is considered an asset.
• Commitment to culturally safe, family-centered, and evidence-based care.
