Supported Lifestyles Ltd. seeks dedicated Support Workers who excel in community-based environments. Your responsibilities will include delivering specialized services, assisting clients with emotional support, and documenting accurate client records. You'll also participate in recreational activities and help maintain a supportive living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality support in line with agency standards

• Assist clients with community integration and skill learning

• Provide emotional and behavioral support as needed

• Participate in recreational and community activities

• Document client care and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 months of experience in relevant support roles

• Knowledge of behavioral supports and personal care practices

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Teamwork experience and flexible shift availability

• First Aid/CPR certification an asset
