Walmart Staff Pharmacist

Become a vital part of Walmart's pharmacy team in Calgary as a Staff Pharmacist, focusing on patient care and pharmacy operations. Ensure accuracy in prescription filling while enhancing the customer experience.

In this role, you support the Pharmacy Manager and collaborate with various stakeholders. Your responsibilities include patient consultations, managing prescriptions, and ensuring compliance with established workflow models. By fostering strong relationships and maintaining patient privacy, you'll enhance the overall service patients receive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure excellent patient experience and assist with merchandise

• Accept prescriptions from customers and healthcare providers

• Accurately fill prescriptions using defined workflow models

• Maintain proper storage and organization of pharmaceutical products

• Assist in executing business action plans with the Pharmacy Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 16 years

• Possess a valid Pharmacist License

• Secondary permit in Alberta preferred for additional prescribing

• Ability to operate pharmacy equipment and tools

• Commitment to maintaining patient privacy
