Position: Calgary Co-op Patient-focused Pharmacist

As a Pharmacist at Calgary Co-op, you will provide leadership in patient care, ensuring the highest standards of service and medication safety. Responsibilities include accurately filling prescriptions, administering injections, and advising customers on medication use. You will collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to uphold the pharmacy's operational excellence and maintain confidentiality while ensuring patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fill prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Administer required injections and vaccinations

• Provide valuable information on medications to customers

• Oversee pharmacy inventory and ordering processes

• Ensure adherence to professional and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BSc. Pharm)

• Licensed with Alberta College of Pharmacists

• Strong patient relations and professionalism

• Authorization for Injection Medication Administration

• Previous retail pharmacy experience preferred
