Position: Pathologist for Children with Communication Needs
Make a difference with Your Story Speech & Language Services as a Speech Language Pathologist. Focus on supporting preschoolers in Okotoks and South Calgary with speech and language therapy through a flexible, client-centered approach.

In this dynamic role, you will assess and treat children’s communication needs, developing customized therapy plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. The position offers flexibility in caseloads and scheduling to create a work-life balance. Candidates must have a Master's degree, ACSLPA registration, and reliable transport for client visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose communication needs for preschool-aged children

• Document assessments and therapy outcomes meticulously

• Create tailored therapy sessions matching individual goals

• Provide effective 1:1 therapy in various settings

• Collaborate with caregivers and educational staff

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Registered and in good standing with ACSLPA

• Professional liability insurance

• Current criminal record check

• A valid driver’s license needed
