Position: Full-Time Resident Services Coordinator Role

The Resident Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in enhancing resident experiences through tailored programs. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure compliance and quality care. Foster strong relationships with residents and families while supporting your team through educational initiatives for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate tailored resident programs for well-being

• Oversee in-service training for team collaboration

• Manage and mentor Resident Care Partners daily

• Build strong relationships with residents and their families

• Maintain accurate assessments and resident records

Requirements:

• Diploma in social services or similar field

• First Aid and CPR certification mandatory

• Minimum of 3 years experience in dementia care

• Familiarity with regulations in seniors' care

• Effective communication and supervision abilities
