Position: Social Worker/Occupational Therapist Role
Join Providence Care as a Social Worker or Occupational Therapist, supporting individuals in the Community High Intensity Treatment program. This role requires expertise in therapeutic engagement and service coordination to enhance recovery journeys.

As a part of a specialized team, you will focus on developing individualized support plans and coordinating rehabilitation services. Skills in medication management and community integration are essential for this temporary position. This diverse role also emphasizes skill training, social engagement, and therapeutic interventions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and assess approved service referrals

• Build therapeutic relationships in community settings

• Provide service coordination aligned with recovery goals

• Integrate medication support into individual plans

• Offer skills training for day-to-day living

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Occupational Therapy

• Current registration with relevant colleges

• Minimum of two years' mental health experience

• Certification in CBT, IPT, or DBT preferred

• Proven ability with community resources and diverse client needs
