Position: Collaborative Registered Midwife Role
Become a Registered Midwife at Birth Partnership Midwives in Calgary, AB, focusing on relationship-based maternity care. This full-time position offers a balance of collaboration and autonomy with a supportive team environment.

The position at Birth Partnership Midwives allows for comprehensive midwifery care from early pregnancy to six weeks postpartum, working closely with a dedicated team of three midwives. You will engage in meaningful relationships with clients and healthcare professionals at Rockyview General Hospital, ensuring client-centered care in a collegial atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver full-scope midwifery services to clients throughout the maternity continuum

• Engage in a sustainable shared call rotation

• Develop strong interdisciplinary relationships within the hospital

• Provide care in both community and hospital settings

• Uphold a culture of support and collaboration within the team

Requirements:

• Valid registration or eligibility with the College of Midwives of Alberta

• Passion for continuity of care and informed choice

• Strong clinical judgment and communication abilities
