Position: Full Time Patient Services Specialist
Enhance patient care at FYidoctors in Calgary as a Full Time Patient Services Specialist. Deliver exceptional service while managing patient interactions, appointments, and eyewear needs.

In this full-time role at the Marda Loop clinic, you'll work 30-40 hours per week, directly contributing to positive patient experiences. You'll welcome patients, coordinate appointments, and perform essential pre-testing. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients during check-in and check-out

• Coordinate patient appointments and manage billing details

• Handle eyewear pick-ups and perform minor adjustments

• Conduct pre-testing to aid comprehensive eye care

• Deliver exceptional customer support and experiences

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience is an asset

• Strong multi-tasking abilities in a lively environment
