This position requires you to apply your knowledge and skills effectively to deliver safe, basic care services to residents. You'll be engaged in observing their status changes and documenting these carefully for care planning. Additionally, you'll assist in moving residents throughout the community, enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, resident-focused care

• Carefully observe and report on resident status changes

• Assist with mobility and encourage community participation

• Document any unsafe activities impacting resident safety

Requirements:

• Must hold a recognized Health Care Aide certificate

• Proficient in English, both oral and written

• Detail-oriented with strong documentation abilities

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Flexibility to meet the demands of the role
