Reporting directly to the Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee the quality and safety of medications while supervising pharmacy technicians and maintaining optimal inventory levels. Your commitment to patient care ensures that you provide accurate advice and services based on best practices in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure proper filling of prescriptions and medication safety
• Administer routine injections and vaccinations
• Advise patients on prescription and over-the-counter options
• Supervise inventory management and pharmacy technicians
• Compile statistics and prepare departmental reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (B.Sc. Pharm)
• Registered with the Alberta College of Pharmacists
• Strong professionalism and patient relations skills
• Authorization to give injections required
• Previous retail experience is a plus
