Spiritual Care Practitioner

This full-time, temporary role requires a Master's degree in Theology and five years of pastoral experience. You will conduct spiritual assessments, facilitate worship, and promote resident-centered care, ensuring services are culturally appropriate and inclusive. Your work will be impactful, fostering connections within a diverse community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate pastoral care to meet spiritual needs

• Conduct weekly faith development programs

• Provide client-focused compassion-based counseling

• Maintain visibility and accessibility for spiritual concerns

• Engage interdisciplinary teams and attend meetings

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Theology plus clinical pastoral education

• 5 years of pastoral and administrative experience

• Ordination for Pastoral Ministry

• Active membership with CASC

• Excellent communication and counseling skills
