This temporary part-time role focuses on delivering care within our EQuaL program, which assists adults with disabilities. Working under the direction of the Director of Care, you'll monitor client conditions, deliver medications, and utilize your trauma-informed skills. A commitment to maintaining ethical standards and a passion for helping others is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Observe and report changes in client status

• Deliver prescribed medications accurately

• Implement trauma-informed care practices

• Support clients with neurological conditions

• Collaborate with registered nurses and care staff

Requirements:

• High School Diploma and HCA program completion

• Active registration with CLHA

• Ability to manage physical demands of the role

• Related healthcare facility experience is an asset

• Strong communication skills in English
