As a Health Care Aide, you will report directly to the Director of Care and be a vital member of the interdisciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting on client status, administering prescribed medications, and maintaining professional standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Observe and report changes in client status

• Administer medications according to prescribed policies

• Foster relationships with clients for improved care

• Maintain ethical and professional standards in all interactions

• Complete related duties as required

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Graduation from an Alberta Health Care Aide program

• Active registration with CLHA required

• Experience in a health care facility preferred

• Ability to perform physical care tasks
