As part of the team, you will assist clients with their individual care plans. Duties include monitoring behaviors, helping with medication, and overseeing daily activities that support independent living. Your expertise in home management and problem-solving will be crucial for client success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in daily living activities and medication management
• Facilitate training in vocational skills and socialization
• Keep track of client progress and report to managers
• Ensure proper meal preparation and household support
• Recognize behavioral changes and respond appropriately
Requirements:
• Community Social Service diploma required
• Class V BC Driver’s License necessary
• Current CPR, First Aid, and Food Safe certificates
• Two years of related experience required
• Strong observational and communication skills
