As a Radiation Therapist I, you’ll work with a collaborative team of experts to provide safe and accurate radiation treatment. You will utilize cutting-edge technology, including MR Linacs and external beam radiation, contributing to patient management during simulation and planning. This role emphasizes educating patients on treatment processes and managing side effects while documenting all treatment plans efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver prescribed radiation treatments to patients

• Document treatment plans and patient reactions

• Maintain accurate patient records throughout care

• Educate patients on treatment procedures and side effects

• Refer patients to additional health professionals as needed

Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program

• Registration eligibility with ACMDTT

• Membership eligibility with CAMRT

• Physical capability for lifting and moving tasks

• Basic Life Support certification
