As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining quality and safety standards in medication handling. Your daily tasks will include preparing prescriptions, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining a clean workspace. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate documentation as per company policies
• Prepare prescriptions using dispensary software
• Process and dispense prescriptions via Pacmed automation
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards
Requirements:
• Experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or certification
• Knowledge of pharmacy calculations
• Strong detail orientation and manual dexterity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
Support pharmacy operations and contribute to resident health through effective medication management at Care Rx in Calgary.
