Pharmacy Technician Co-op

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will report to the Pharmacy manager and engage actively in the daily operations of the Calgary Co-op Pharmacy department. The position emphasizes your commitment to customer care and adherence to regulatory standards. By supporting pharmacists in prescription management and customer interaction, you'll enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in filling prescriptions accurately and efficiently

• Manage pharmacy inventories through ordering and rotating stock

• Uphold customer care standards while interacting positively

• Support pharmacists in prescription preparation tasks

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy department

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education or equivalent experience

• Passed Calgary Co-op Pharmacy Assistant test

• Registered Technician with Alberta College of Pharmacy

• Preferred completion of Pharmacy Assistant Program

• Minimum of two years dispensing experience desirable
