Permanent Role: Infection Control Lead

As the Infection Prevention and Control Lead, you will play a crucial role in a dynamic team dedicated to creating a safe environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and evaluate infection prevention programs

• Prevent outbreaks through proactive measures

• Implement best practices for infection control

• Analyze data and identify infection trends

• Educate and support frontline team members

Requirements:

• Three years’ experience in a clinical geriatric setting

• Familiarity with provincial infection control regulations

• Willingness to complete required training

• Certification in Infection Prevention & Control or A-IPC

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
