Join the Drumheller Health Centre as a Medical Radiation Technologist I, offering diagnostic imaging services in a remarkable location. This role includes performing radiological imaging examinations on patients, providing critical support for disease diagnosis.

In this part-time position, you will enhance your skills within the Diagnostic Imaging department while assisting in patient care and equipment maintenance. You will perform general and mobile radiography and ensure high-quality images for physician review. Flexibility is key, with shifts spanning days, evenings, weekends, and on-call duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct standard radiological imaging examinations for diagnostics

• Interpret physician requisitions and prepare patients accordingly

• Produce high-quality diagnostic images for review by Radiologists

• Maintain and care for imaging equipment

• Perform various procedures including fluoroscopy and portable imaging

Requirements:

• Diploma from an accredited Medical Radiation Technologist program

• Registration eligibility with ACMDTT

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification

• Recent diagnostic imaging experience in healthcare

• Strong organizational and communication skills
