Part-Time Donor Centre Associate

We’re seeking a Temporary part-time Donor Centre Associate to enhance our Collections team. In this role, you’ll perform phlebotomy and interact directly with donors to provide top-notch service while adhering to health standards. Your commitment to ensuring safe blood collection will play a vital role in saving lives in this community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct donor registration and screening for eligibility

• Perform venipuncture following health and safety standards

• Ensure accuracy in product information and labelling

• Assist in setup for donor clinics at mobile events

• Promote a positive experience for donors and volunteers

Requirements:

• Completion of high school diploma

• Experience in phlebotomy or relevant training

• Minimum 3 years in customer-focused roles

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices

• Basic computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office
