Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory analyses and manage quality assurance programs

• Troubleshoot instruments and evaluate methodologies effectively

• Interpret technical acceptability of test results

• Communicate professionally with team members and leadership

• Maintain patient confidentiality according to guidelines

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved Medical Technology program

• Three years lab experience required;
Core Lab experience preferred

• Licensed with NSRMLS and CSMLS

• Familiarity with Cerner CIS preferred

• Strong customer service and leadership skills essential
