Flexible Pediatric Physiotherapist Opportunity

Join The PREP Society in Calgary as a Pediatric Physiotherapist, operating as an independent contractor with flexible hours. You’ll provide tailored therapy to children in after-school and late afternoon sessions.

This pediatric physiotherapist role is designed for those passionate about supporting children and their families. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering individualized therapy, coaching families, and working with a multidisciplinary team. The position focuses on practical strategies that enhance each child's functional goals and supports their development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized physical therapy assessments and interventions

• Coach families on therapeutic strategies for daily routines

• Develop and recommend practical goals based on assessments

• Document client notes and required reports accurately

• Communicate collaboratively with families and professionals

Requirements:

• Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta

• Professional liability insurance required

• Experience with children receiving physiotherapy services

• Knowledge in family-centred practice is an asset

• Strong communication and documentation skills needed
