As a Physiotherapist I within the ACH site-wide PT Services, you will be instrumental in providing family-centered care to patients referred for physiotherapy.
Your role includes conducting assessments and implementing tailored therapeutic interventions across both inpatient and outpatient settings. Collaboration with families is vital, ensuring a shared approach to rehabilitation goals while improving overall patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients and set rehabilitation goals accurately
• Provide therapeutic interventions for diverse pediatric conditions
• Collaborate with families to support care decisions
• Supervise students and assistants in clinical practice
• Participate in interprofessional team meetings to improve service delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
• Current registration with College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
• 1-5 years of pediatric clinical experience
• Knowledge of pediatric development and rehabilitation
• BCLS-HCP certification required
