In this role, you will operate essential equipment while documenting results accurately. Under general supervision, you will also assist in training junior personnel and notify physicians of urgent findings. This position may require travel to various acute care sites within the Calgary Zone.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct EEG and Nerve Conduction Studies
• Manage and troubleshoot electro neurophysiology equipment
• Maintain patient records thoughtfully and accurately
• Assist with training for junior technologists
• Communicate urgent examination results to medical staff
Requirements:
• Active registration or eligibility with ACMDTT
• Graduation from a formal electrophysiology program
• Fluency in English as per ACMDTT standards
• CPR certification required
• Desired 2-3 years' experience in clinical neurophysiology
