Enhance your practice by joining Dialogue as an Independent In-Person EAP Provider in Canada. Earn additional client referrals while positively impacting well-being across communities.
As a licensed professional, you will provide in-person consultations, leveraging your expertise to help clients overcome challenges. This role involves receiving client referrals based on regional demand and utilizing a solution-focused approach to address various mental health topics. You'll empower clients in a judgment-free space and assist them in identifying external resources when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accept client case referrals based on local demand
• Provide solution-focused consultations for diverse mental health issues
• Help clients clarify and achieve personal goals
• Foster a judgment-free environment for open discussions
• Connect clients with community resources, if necessary
Requirements:
• University degree in counselling-related field
• Valid professional license and insurance
• Office access for in-person sessions
• Experience in short-term counselling preferred
• Familiarity with community resources an asset
