Position: Physiotherapy Aide at AgeCare
Empower residents at Age Care as a Physiotherapy Aide, assisting with their rehabilitation needs in a nurturing environment. You'll help implement therapy programs while supporting their journey to independence.

At Age Care, the Physiotherapy Aide plays a crucial role in delivering therapy interventions and monitoring residents' participation. This position includes clerical support to the physiotherapy department and ensures proper maintenance of equipment and supplies. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Healthcare Professionals in delivering therapy programs

• Monitor resident engagement and progress during therapies

• Prepare and maintain inventory of therapy equipment

• Provide repairs or modifications to resident equipment

• Ensure infection control in all treatment areas

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education is advantageous

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Completion of a Rehabilitation Therapist Diploma

• Strong communication skills for diverse populations
