We are looking for dedicated Health Care Attendants to join our team. You will deliver personalized care, promote comfort, and ensure safety for our residents under the direction of the Health & Wellness Manager. The ideal candidate will have a background in health care and the ability to work collaboratively in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to continuous quality improvement standards
• Collaborate on care plans based on residents' needs
• Provide cognitive and emotional support to residents
• Assist with daily living activities, respecting residents' choices
• Monitor vital signs and document health changes
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education and Health Care Aide certification
• Certified in Emergency First Aid and CPR
• Previous experience with seniors preferred
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and in teams
Support seniors' independence and well-being with essential health care at Riverwalk Retirement Residence.
