The Clinical Training Specialist will focus on delivering robust training programs and liaising between sales representatives and medical professionals. At least five years of medical expertise is required, and responsibilities include evaluating staff capabilities and enhancing product knowledge. You'll also follow up on product evaluations and support clinicians in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing training for lab staff and sales teams

• Liaise with medical professionals to resolve product issues

• Develop assessment programs for clinician training

• Provide feedback and documentation on clinical inquiries

• Present at regional and national meetings

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent hands-on experience

• Five years of direct medical experience required

• Clinical experience with medical device training preferred

• Excellent organization and communication skills

• Proficient in data management software
