You will be a key communicator, reporting patient needs to nursing staff and ensuring safety across all interactions. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living

• Monitor and report on patient needs and conditions

• Aid nursing staff with routine care tasks

• Facilitate communication among patients, families, and caregivers

• Maintain a respectful and safe healthcare environment

Requirements:

• Certification or ability to register with CLHA as a Health Care Aide

• Completion of the Health Care Aide Certificate within 18 months

• Excellent communication skills

• At least 1 year of acute care experience preferred

• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
