The Pharmacy Claims Analyst will handle key tasks in the Provider Services & Claims Administration team. This detailed role focuses on processing manual and high-cost drug claims while maintaining efficiency and outstanding customer service. You will receive support and guidance from a Team Manager and Team Lead, ensuring all objectives and timelines are met with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process manual pharmacy claims efficiently and accurately

• Perform quality assurance checks on claim adjudication

• Assist pharmacy providers with claims submissions

• Complete system testing and validate results

• Research to resolve complex inquiries and unique situations
